'Volumes' folder - where is it?!

Whenever I click 'Source' in HandBrake, it opens Volumes where I have Macintosh HD and the DVD I have inserted. But recently, there's also one of my folders! I don't know how it got there nor how to move it back to Documents.

If I spotlight it, nothing comes up, so how do I navigate to the Volumes folder?!

Select the Finder and click Go > Go to Finder. In the box type:

/Volumes/

It's hidden.

If you go to finder, then hit Go->Go to Folder you can type /Volumes/ in the dialogue box and will be taken there.

Thanks chaps. If I can't navigate to it easily, I can't think how I moved the folder in there!
