VPC 7 to Parallels

Anyone knows what the easiest way to convert a VPC 7 image to Parallels.

I use VPC 7 for connecting to work and don't really want to have to bring in the new iMac for them to build a new setup, as it's the 24" model 😀 .

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

See the first question here. If you use the Beta (I don't think this has made the full release yet, but I could be wrong) you can import the image using Parallels itself.
