VPN and RDC problem of windows 7 VM

Hi there, need some help for VPN and remote desktop connection of windows 7 VM from Parallels 9 installed in Mavericks. VPN connection seems fine, while I can't connect to the remote desktop server, showing terminal server not found? any input would be appreciated!
