I had macbook pro 2017 with Catalina and VPN (L2TP) worked. Yesterday I migrated the data to the new one 2019 macbook pro. And now nothing happens when I pressed the connect button. No any errors even in log files. How to fix this? How to reset network settings?

Same here, I use a VPN called ExpressVPN and only 1 location worked (connecting to Armenia) which is slow but I had no other choice.

When I downgraded back to Mojave, everything worked like a charm. Not telling you to downgrade but just worth a mention.

Downgraded to Mojave, best thing I ever did!

Solved: Open advanced settings and checked "user verbose logging". Save. And it works now. BTW it works even if I unchecked it back.

Certain servers do not connect so I just choose one that does. No change from upgrade to Catalina 10.15.1 Tor works as well. Question if anyone knows- I would like to use qubes os on this machine, a 2019 MBP. Does this combination work? I cannot find information even from the list of compatible computers. Also, in installization, does this require re-formating of the SSD and a separate partition for qube os?

It works fine for me with SurfShark....Before they updated in the early beta stages, I used TunnelBlick and Viscosity while I waited.
