VPN for Apple TV

Not sure if I can ask about this here, is there any way I can set a VPN just for the Apple TV (and not affect anything else on my network)?

Thanks! I noticed that it states that the MediaStreamer is not a VPN though, so may I know how does it still allow region switching?

The Apple TV doesn't support use of a VPN, only DNS redirecting. In order to use a VPN with the Apple TV your only option is to set the VPN in your router which of course will affect the rest of your network. One work around I used was to use a second router flashed to DD-WRT in AP mode with the wireless off connected via ethernet to your main router and ethernet to Apple TV. This way my openVPN controlled the Apple TV region and didn't affect the rest of my network.

Hmm, looks like it's time for me to gather my spare parts and make another pfSense box just for the Apple TV?

You can use a Smart DNS service like Getfilx pretty cheaply and just manually change your DNS setting on the ATV 4. I use BBC iPlayer at home in USA...Although you have to get the iPlayer app in the UK App Store...
