VPN iPhone - Zyxell USG100 - Servers HELP

Hi all,
I'm new here
I'm trying to set a VPN on my iPhone 4S to connect to my company.
I follow this guide to set up the VPN on the router and on the iPhone:

Now, when I turn on the VPN on the iPhone, the connection is established. So all seems to be working, but when I try to access to the server (UltraVNC) or to the router (via Safari - ping 192.168.68.100) or to ping the router from "Ping" (the app) no response.

Then if I connect the Phone to my home WiFi, which router is connected via VPN to the router I'm configuring on the iPhone all works (I can access via VNC to the servers, etc.).
Then if I turn on the VPN on the iPhone and try to connect to the servers via WiFi, I'm unable to connect.

So:

iPhone - VPN WORKING
iPhone - VPN - Router/Server NOT WORKING
iPhone - WiFi (VPN integrated on the router) - Router/Server WORKING
iPhone - VPN and WiFi (VPN integrated on the router) - Router/Server NOT WORKING
iPhone - VPN and WiFi (VPN disabled on the WiFi) - Router/Server NOT WORKING
