vpn problem when update to ios 8

I use Cisco ipsec vpn on ios 7 no problem
but when update to ios 8 can not connect
how to fix problem .

There seem to be lots of problems with VPN. OpenVPN is also broken, dieconnects every few minutes.

I went back to 7.1.2 😡
