VPN Server for Mojave?

Does anyone know how to edit pw and secret phrase when running vpnd? I can get the service running, but can't connect.

I take it you have looked in /private/etc/racoon/

In my view, if you need to ask, you are much better off getting one the utilities like VPN Enabler which does the tricky stuff for you.
