General VPN Settings and Passcode

Hi guys and girls,

I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a jailbreak setting that places VPN settings behind a passcode? Say similar to the restriction passcode that you can place on your mail accounts within the iOS.

Or is this something that jailbreaking hasn't provided yet?
