VPN, Websites and Subdomains

I have setup a vpn server which works great. I want to also host a website, how do I get the VPN to be reachable via the subdomain vpn.example.com and the website to be at example.com?

Does your ISP allow this on a Home account? If not you are signing up to be spanked by your ISP.
