I have not activated the Vudu and Movies Anywhere on my ATV 4k because it's not giving me a choice of which email to associate with the sign in. It's only allowing me to use my Apple ID email address. I have existing Vudu and Movies Anywhere accounts and they are not associated with the same email as my Apple ID. I don't want new accounts for Vudu and Movies Anywhere. I want use my existing sign ins.

If I sign in to these two services via the ATV 4k using my Apple ID, can I later associate the services to my existing accounts?

You’re doing something wrong. I have a gmail account on Movies Anywhere and a yahoo account on Vudu and both are signed in fine on my Apple TV 4K.

You may want to actually look into how to sign in on these apps on the Apple TV as you should be able to sign in with other emails.

Ok I will try again as soon as I can.

This sounds very odd, perhaps try reinstalling and signing in again with your MA details. You should then be given a code, to activate your account on the MA website

Ok you are right! It was asking for my Apple ID password to sign me in iTunes. Even though I am already signed into iTunes, it asks again. It asked when I signed up for Vudu and again when I signed up for Movies Anywhere. All that asking for my Apple ID password made me think it using my Apple ID as the account user name for Vudu and Movies Everywhere. Once it downloaded the applications, I was given a chance to use my existing account information.
