VVM not working iphone 3gs 3.1.2

Hi,

I have jailbroken iphone 3gs 3.1.2, i dont have at t data plan, i never saw VVM feature on my iphone .

How to fix this problem ? how can i get VVM ?

even i dont see the VVM on cellular data on general settings !

do we need to ATT data plan for this service ?

i searched google ,did few fixes but no use ..

Visual voicemail only works with official carrier data.
So you have to add the iphone data plan to your account and have AT&T activate the feature.
No ATT data, no VVM. Just old fashion dial up voicemail.
