i placed an order and it says it went thru but it also said its pending a credit check, which is fine but i did not recieve a confirmation email at least stating it went thru? great, now i have no way of knowing if it went thru or not. honestly i went thru the menus so fast i didnt really pay attention to what the last screen said other then "order complete"

VZW's website failed me. I got everything figured out, put my card number in and once I hit submit it gave me error code 607. Tried everything again and it still gave me the same error. Thank god for Apple's website I had it ordered within 2 minutes. Now SLEEEP!!!

help, I try to keep my unlimited data but it doesnt offer that option at checkout.

All there is options for 2gb, 5gb etc what do i do?

Was able to order through the Apple store app, and it showed the unlimited plan.

Went very smooth, and already got confirmation.

I got that too. I got an email hours later asking me to call a 1-800 number to finish the credit check. Call took 5-10 mins, just verifying info, and immediately after hanging up I got the real confirmation email. Still says 9/21 ship date so I should be set, probably you too once you call them: 1-877-262-2826 (need credit application number which was only on web site, not email; and SSN, etc).
