W (watt) output from the 24" M1 iMac?

Hey guys and girls

Is anyone of you aware of how much power/W that the 24" M1 iMac can deliver through its ports? I can't seem to find this information anywhere :/

It looks like the USB 4 port is 5A (100W/20V). At least that's what's implied by Apple's document for the USB 4 ports. The USB 3.1 Gen 2 Ports would be up to 15W (3A@5V).

But can we be sure that is valid for all Macs? I mean MacBooks don't even come with a 100W charger.

You could subtract iMac power draw from the rated yield of the adapter. BTW what are you trying to run?

I highly doubt that means the power delivery capability from that port.

The M1 iMac power adapter is only rated for 143W. You're not going to get 100W USB-C power delivery from any of its ports.
