Admin can help move this thread to the bootcamp/parallels subforum? Thanks.

Apologies if this has been asked before, but is it possible to run windows native once installed via parallels?

Vice versa, able to run windows in parallels once installed via bootcamp?

Deletion of windows volume as easy as dragging the windows volume to trash?

My understanding is that you can access a Boot Camp partition through Parallels/VMWare Fusion, but as Parallels/Fusion do not create a bootable partition on the drive itself, the reverse is not possible. To remove a virtual machine, you can drag the image to the Trash, but to remove a Boot Camp partition you must use Boot Camp Assistant to undo the partitioning properly. I've heard of users deleting the partition via Disk Utility and running into problems.
