Wacom tablets to transcribe math forumlas to text?

Does anyone know if there is software that will allow you to use a Wacom tablet to write math formulas that can be transcribed to text/graphics?

There are iOS apps that can do it. Look into iPad with stylus if you haven't got a wacom already?
