I am waiting in the apple store right now to get my 3GS.. and i have to wait in a line for 45 mins.. and there are only 2 people ahead of me.. This is ridiculous.. There process takes this long... I remember being in and out for my 3G. Whatever i am a die hard fanboy who will wait..
