I picked up my pre-order in the store today, but then by the time I started using my phone...the call/sms was working fine but the internet was not working. the message "cannot connect to Cellular data network" so I called ATT and he said the representative must have forgotten to activate my phone so I called the activation number, and now my phone is useless, it says "No Service" "Waiting for Activation..This may take a few minutes." It's been almost an hour, is anyone else having problems?

Yes. Pre-purchase from Apple, delivered to work. Hasn't been an hour yet. I work in a basement but my E71 has 4 of 6 bars so...??
