Nope, standard socket in 7,1Appears the CPU is bolted onto the board in some fashion, but believe Xeon will stay 14nm through 2021 so it could still be an "easy" swap for that "module".
We'll know if this is true, if the MP8,1 is announced in a year.they have a framework now to update the thing as needed. Like every other functional computer company on the planet.
