Waiting for my 2019 13" Macbook Pro to Arrive

I ordered my Macbook Pro on July 23, Here is my configuration

13-inch MacBook Pro - Space Gray
With the following configuration:
1.4GHz quad‑core 8th‑generation Intel Core i5 processor, Turbo Boost up to 3.9GHz
Intel Iris Plus Graphics 645
8GB 2133MHz LPDDR3 memory
1TB SSD storage
Retina display with True Tone
Two Thunderbolt 3 ports
Touch Bar and Touch ID

SW LOGIC PRO X 065-C172 NONE
Backlit Keyboard - US English
Accessory Kit

It was shipped early this morning like at 12am, and now it is in like customs in the clearance stage, since it is coming from China. Mine is saying it should be here August 2, but I know sometimes it could be earlier.


Who else is waiting for 2019 Macbook Pro to arrive?

Benchmarks appear to show a good deal of headroom for bursting. I don’t think there’s any reason to be concerned about the base clock at all. It’s within 5% of the 2.4 under loads IIRC.

Ordered a 1.4/16/512 yesterday, interested to see how it performs. But as has been mentioned already, seems like like it will do the job just fine whilst saving some money.

I ordered a 13" 2.8, 16gb Ram , 512 SSD on saturday. Only worry i have is should i have gone for the 15 but otherwise very excited! mine says 8th of august. I dont know why it is taking so long.

I remember waiting for my MBP 13 to arrive in the mail when I ordered it. Took awhile to get over from China - my wife got hers almost a week before I did even though we ordered the same laptops at the same time. Definitely worth the wait. We’ve had our laptops for a year and several months now. Best laptops we’ve ever had.

i'm waiting!

I ordered a 13" 2.8, 16gb Ram , 512 SSD on saturday. Only worry i have is should i have gone for the 15 but otherwise very excited! mine says 8th of august. I dont know why it is taking so long.

Date has updaded to the 6th! The wait is still killing me!

Update from my order placed on the 29th.

Just got a mail from Apple letting me know it has been shipped and I should expect it on the 8th.
DHL says it is in Eindhoven (NL) although I suspect that given the expected delivery date it's on it's way to NL from China and DHL are waiting to ship it.

My new MacBook arrived on Tuesday! I bought the 13" space gray, upgraded to 256 ssd. So far I love it, however I'm still getting use to the butterfly keyboard the and Touch Bar. My new MacBook is replacing a 5 year old MacBook Air.
