Wake from sleep = scrambled display

I bought a refurb C2D 2.16Ghz imac a week ago, so far it's been fine except that when it's been sleeping a couple of hours and I try to wake it, the screen is all scrambled like the attached image.

Any ideas?

Has this only happened once? A few people have noticed this but seem to be fine after a PRAM reset. Of course, keep your eye on it and back everything up just in case. 🙂

Also try a SMC reset if that does not work.
