Wake from sleep

Is there a way for me to set up a unique command to wake my MBP from sleeping?

What I'm looking for is a specific command (eg CMD+S) so I can't accidently wake it.

No, but if you set a password under  -> System Preferences -> Security -> General, the computer will automatically go to sleep again if you don't enter your password after waking it up.
