Wake on Lan not working - Mac mini?

Wake on lan does not work anymore. Nothing has changed in my settings, other than upgrading both my Mac mini and MacBook to High Sierra.

WOL is enabled.

Has it worked until recently ? I've had issues with this for a couple of years now. Makes remote-access kinda difficult.... Workaround was to set my iMac to NEVER SLEEP.

Yeah, although I reset the sleep settings and it seems to have fixed it.

only works from Sleep and not full powered down mode?
