Sorry if the question is too dumb, as I have never owned an Apple Watch, but checking the new walkie-talkie feature I saw that it works off the LTE of the watch and/or WiFi. What if i'm outside on the street, can I use walkie-talkie using the data of my iPhone? or it means I won't be able to receive voice messages until I get to a WiFi connection?

I had the same question! Glad to know that! I ordered the GPS version since I ALWAYS have my phone with me, but I want the full suite of features!
