Walkie Talkie shows my own contact, why?

Recently my wife got an Apple Watch. Added her to walkie talkie, and instantly, my own contact card appeared as accepted along with hers. It’s not really a problem, but it’s weird, so I wondered if anyone here had any thoughts about why, or how to remove my own contact.
i tried removing by swiping left on my name, and I can remove it, I then appear grey rather than yellow, in 'invited contacts'. I tried removing my wife, and re-inviting her, but my contact appeared again.

It shows my own contact, too, always has. Why does it bother you?

Because I can’t Walkie talkie myself. Just seems like unneeded clutter in the list of people.

Hmm, I can't see my own contact in the Walkie Talkie app (I have 3 friends using it). Interesting.

not appearing in mine, maybe try reboot the watch? or force quitting the walkie talkie app?

Force quit on watch - With the app open, press and hold the side button to show the power options. Then press and hold the Digital Crown to quit the app.
