Why every time i look my Apple Watch the icon of walkie talkie is shown on the upper part of the screen ?

Yeah, I am also wondering the same.

May be because I used this feature with my wife and since only one contact is linked, it blinks when the connections is not accepted or established?

Don’t know. Only tested it once with my wife.
