macOS Walkthrough for Interface Builder and Xcode

This is the first time I've attempted to work with IB3 and wow has it changed. I didn't know much with respect to pre-Leopard IB but now I'm completely lost. Is there anything simple out there that gives a visual walkthrough of creating the necessary actions and outlets with IB3?
