Wall Mount for 26" LCD TV

I'm looking for a good wall mount that will tilt forward/backward and turn roughly 180 degrees for a 26". If you can direct me towards a good website/brand that'll be great. My price I want to stay under $30.
 
No personal experience with since my wall mounts have to hold >125# plasmas. Wall mounts aren't rocket science, it's if you have a solid surface on which to mount it that really counts. I Googled "cheap TV mount" and found several in your ballpark. I'd recommend looking at reviews on Amazon or similar site to make your choice.
