"Wallet" high % CPU

Is this typical for this process to use this much CPU? This is a new install of the latest version of Ventura.

That's not normal. Have you tried restarting the Mac?

Restarted and eventually the process comes back with similar usage. Reinstalled macOS, process still there with similar usage

No, seeing this after a clean install with no third party apps
