iPhone Wallpaper problem

Problem is that the only way to change wallpaper is to change them both. Can't choose individual wallpapers anymore... Does anyone have a clue on how I could fix this. 🙂

When your in Settings>Brightness and Wallpaper on 7.1 you need to choose "choose a new wallpaper" above the screenshots. It's different and I didn't see it at first.

The problem was Forecast I think
