I was wondering if anyone could make this into a wallpaper.

Images don't need to be "made" into wallpapers. If it's already on your computer, just select it as your wallpaper.

OP, iPhone wallpapers are in portrait orientation, and since your image is in landscape orientation it won't look very good. It will crop out the sides.

To use it as is for a wallpaper, go to Settings --> Wallpaper --> Choose a New Wallpaper --> and select the image.
