Want only Apple Match not Music how?

Hey I already subscribe to Spotify and it's better than Apple Music

I only want Apple ITunes Match and not Apple Music

Is there any way to do the above?

Yes, just don't sign up for Apple Music.

Yes, iTunes Match should still be available separately.

Go to Setting>Music and turn 'show Apple Music' off if it isn't already.
That way it won't bug you to sign up every time you open the app.
