macOS 27 is horrendous and stale, 26 was the first fun thing to happen to macOS in a decade.

So you want change for the sake of change?

Now I´m paying €2000 for a MacBook Air and the software looks almost exactly the same as my 2005 MacBook and 2011 MacBook Pro.

If aint broken, don't fix it.

Can´t innovate anymore my BBL ASS! 😆

I genuinely thought Tahoe was more modern and fun looking. So boring going back to same old. Typical new apple. Scared to change anything. But charge as they are.

So the issue isn’t that Golden Gate is a worse release functionally, but that because you feel bored you want change for changes sake.

That approach is why Android is fragmented as it is.

This has nothing to do with being scared of change. It’s all about the choice of change itself, whether or not it benefits the user.

What you are saying is what every died company said.

However if you want functionality i find it much easier to get a good overview of how many windows i have open and where they are, with Tahoe style of sidebar. Pleasing design is also a function.

I got the GG Sidebar style without doing the above in mac Carbon Copy Cloner backup by backing up macOS 27 over it.
Here is the result, however the corner radius remains the same
Thought it will also update the OS version but, that is no the case and actually fine by me.

Looks like some of macOS GG goodies have been copied to this backup, I will try to update it to macOS 26.6
