Want to do a restore on Iphone with 4.0

Currently on IOS 4.0 and i wondering if I can do a restore without updating to 4.1.

If you have your SHSH blobs saved you can restore to a lower version. Otherwise, no.

not trying to restore to a previous version just the same version im on right now which is 4.0
