Currently using my iPhone 12 Pacific Blue , want a new color instead , and just felt boring with this , and want to exchange back to my normal color I bought every years , is SILVER ( white ) ....

But none of my Apple Store in Houston have it , they are not carry this color much on their inventory , I checked the app every few hours to see and none of them show available , only in Austin and San Antonio , but that will be 3 hours away ...

Any ideas to get an exchange ? My last day of return window will be next Friday . Doesnt matter the carrier since I paid full price , and will be unlocked . Thanks

All you can do is exchange it by Friday and keep hunting.
 
Just return it and wait until the one you want is in stock? As long as you have another device you can use in the meantime that is.

If not, you may be stuck. Should always play it safe if your likely going to be bothered about different colours etc. Once it’s got a case it won’t matter anyway.

Why don’t you like the pacific blue?
 
Some Apple Stores will keep extra models in the back that’s not accounted for when you try to reserve or order. Gotta go in and ask.
 
They didn’t anticipate this much demand for the pro and not the 12, at least at first..
 
i spoke to store rep , and they told me whatever I saw stock online , is exactly what they have .
That is not necessarily true. Apple stores do keep phones in stock for returns and replacements. And when the general stock level gets low (at a certain number) it will show as being unavailable, even though the store has phones for walk-ins and replacements etc.
 
Call or text Apple and do the mail in return and get new delivered.

This is true. Apple store rep told me that if Inventory drops below certain quantities it won’t show on website.
 
Apple shouldn’t prioritise exchanges for indecisive people who picked the wrong colour when there are still people awaiting their initial orders. Those people swapping colours can wait a few weeks.
I don't think anyone is saying that's what Apple is doing. I think that it's more the Entitled OP whinging that Apple won't deliver a silver phone out-of-band just for him, vs his having to go get it.
