Want to have 5.1 surround on an iMac - Both OSX and Windows

Hello all...

I've spent the past few hours scouring the forums and searching for a simple answer (getting side tracked with "post your home theater setups and such"...lol). Unfortunately, I didn't find a definitive answer.

I'm looking to get a new macbook pro, it will be my first mac. The only apple products we have are a few iPods and a couple iPhones.

My question is...what is the best way to hook up my Klipsch 5.1 promedia pc speakers to a macbook pro?
