Sure can. Easy peasy. Just use the native screen record.Hi Guys,
I want to record a 2 min clip from a movie on Netflix on my iPad. I don't want to record or download the entire move just the 2 mins part in middle of the movie on Metflix ! Can I do that? is there an APP on iPad by which I can do that ?

^^this^^ iTunes, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, Google Videos, etc, won’t work with screen record...Screen record does not record protected content. With Netflix it’ll only record the soundtrack, not the video.

Guys I was wrong earlier, using the screen record button on the iPad Pro it records whatever is playing on the screen for e.g. in my case I was recording a movie trailer from trailers.apple.com so it did record the clip but there was no sound recorded. Can anyone else also try doing this experiment ? and please let me know. If this happens with everyone ?
It recorded my video and sound from playing the original Incredibles 2 trailer from the Trailers app.
Uh ! Are you sure it recorded sound aswell ? Because for me it didn't ? How did you do that ?

But a loophole (not really a loophole) but work around... I record my 4K tv in 4K 60fps and then crop the video’s edges. Besides the sound not being the best, it works great still.
