iPhone Want to roll back to iOS 12.3.1

I’m currently running iOS 13 beta 3.

For the last few days my phone has not been charging. So I decided to roll back to 12.3.1 to see if that helps, before I contact apple to see if my device has a problem.

Before installing the beta, I archived a backup.

When I select the backup, it goes through the process, says restore complete, and it’s still on iOS 13.

Any advice?

Did you put into DFU mode ?

i'm also trying to roll back to iOS 12.3.1 from iOS 13 public beta but seems like when i download the restore 12.3.1 ipsw, connect in finder to roll back, it appear the error message 2015. and i also did try a reset all setting, it's still stay in iOS 13. any help here?

I needed to put it into DFU mode, then successfully rolled it back to 12.3.1, I then restored it from my archived backup
