iPhone Want to update my jailbroken iPhone4 5.0.1 (9A405)

I know i am too late, but i need your help guys. I am running a jailbroken iPhone4 ver 5.0.1.
I want to update my phone to the latest version (iOS 7).
When i open Cydia, the following SHSH blobs have been saved: 4.3.3, 4.3.4, 4.3.5, 5.1.1, 5.1.r1
Please help me about how should i update.
Tried restoring through iTunes but got some error.

There are many apps which can only be updated if the version is iOS 6 or more.

Please Help!

Make sure your host file points to Apple, not Cydia (gs.apple.com typed in computer browser should go to Apple placeholder page, not Cydia)
