Wanted simple video mp4 editor for my mac

Hi so I have these short mp4 videos about 2 minutes each. I’d like to clip 5-6 seconds videos from within the original file.

Is there any good video editor for Mac that’ll do this quickly correctly while maintaining original video quality? TIA!
