I’m looking to get rid of my office 365 subscription at home. I barely use it and it’s just been outlook stopping me.
I’m not a huge fan of the Apples offering what other options are there? It needs to syncs across iPhone, iPad and Mac I could live without watch support.
I have gmail, an outlook account and a university account to sync.
Am I screwed with the outlook account it’s live.com.
Is it possible to sync that to something else?
I’m more than happy to buy some software if it’s good and isn’t a subscription.

I use Spark and absolutely love it. Worth checking out.

Airmail 3 is nice also.
My experience with Airmail for Mac went from sublime to horrendous.
It worked well for several years as an alternate to Outlook. Then a year ago I was unable to use the search function on one of my POP3 accounts-my primary account. Searched worked normally on my Macbook but not on my Mac Mini. Exact same settings, OS's, etc.
Getting Airmail support is nearly impossible and i could not (and still have not) found a solution.
My only option seems to be to go back to Outlook or some other email client.
I have enjoyed using Airmail but with no one out there to support my issue, I can not recommend it any longer. Its a shame.

As I just posted in another thread, I have Gmail, Yahoo, Exchange Activesync and plain old IMAP accounts and I find Apple Mail handles them all fine. I see no reason to use a third-party app.

Tried them all; I come back to Apple mail every time. Simple, lightweight, well integrated and stable.

Airmail, outlook, spark, postbox all fail on one of those criteria:
Airmail unstable and complex
Outlook heavy and poorly integrated
Spark and postbox both add options I don’t need and which therefore distract.

Ymmv of course - but what is it that you don’t like about the stock options?
