iPhone X Warm when using Facebook?

So I did a little research on an issue I have been having, my phone would heat up and get a bit warm not hot, today I just held my phone in my hand like I usually do and after 15 minutes the phone was already 86 degrees fahrenheit, after I opened up Facebook my phone jumped a few more degrees under the camera, up to 90...

Is this normal? Also does anyones elses X get warm or is 90 not really that hot and I am just paranoid and crazy..

The Facebook app is pretty resource hungry. It’s normal from time to time.

Yes it's OK while it's just warm. If it's starting to get hot/really hot while using some app - that will be a reason for a little panic mode.
