This one has seen better days
I'll give you $10 for it.
Since I posted this in the "iPhone Tips, Help and Troubleshooting" forum, I better offer up a tip.
Don't let your phone get run over by this:
Where are the inside components?!?!
um....on the inside.
That is epic. How did it happen?
I couldn't find them.
Like the mother board or anything. Any pics of that back?
See post #3.
It was still in its case, which was surprisingly undamaged.
Yup, that case looks like the Incipio...
Does it still work?
wowzers! and i thought dropping my friends one 10 feet in the air was bad!
Ok. So how did your iPhone end up under a Sno-Cat? Are you ok? Please tell me it wasn't in your pocket at the time.
Rest in piece little Iphone. *tear*
I know, so sad. :-(
Ha ha, more like rest in pieces...
Yeah that'd be pretty amazing if he could get it to turn on and display something .
That's what keeps MR so interesting- the in-depth technical knowledge exchanges! Thanks for starting the day off well!
In the second pic you can see the inside and there is nothing there. I'm assuming it's the same for the first pic.
I can see the logic board...
There it is! Well I'm viewing this on my iPod so it's not all that easy.
And the majority of if it isn't there, you can see his finger on the other side.
That's a reflection on the bent chrome rim.
Either that or he has REALLY long fingers... with several extra joints.
You should take it to Apple and tell them you dropped it from waist height and that's what happened. See what they say.
My dog almost ran after one of those Sno-Cats once while at our ski condo...
Glad I caught it.
