Warning: SUID FILE - Please Help

Hello...I was running disk utility to verify permissions and the following error came up:

Warning: SUID FILE "Sytem/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent"

This was not able to be repaired and I wanted to know is it critical and if so how do I fix this issue. Thank you
