My problem is that my macbook pro keyboard button 'z' keeps popping out while typing. Everytime it pops out i need to press it back to continue typing.

Yesterday, i went to apple service centre. I sent my macbook for inspection. Today they called me said that it cannot be covered under warranty because it is considered as User Damage. I keep telling them that the keyboard broke by itself and not because of me. I am really disappointed because i paid for applecare earlier but now i cannot claim the warranty and they give me silly reason.

updates: now they are keeping my macbook for further investigation.

How to solve this issue? i really want to claim the warranty because i know that it is not my fault.
