So I usually always send in my broken headphones for new ones under warranty. I'm sure you all know how it works. They send you new ones first, they come in 2-3 days, then you have 10 days to send yours back to them. They pay for shipping and everything. I get an email saying they got the product. However, I just got two receipts from them saying they charged me 30 dollars + 11 in shipping because I sent it to them late. That's impossible because they came, and I sent it back via UPS a day after it came. This is a few days after Christmas so I'm not sure if it's mail delay or not but the UPS picked it up. Can I call and get something like this refunded? They charged me automatically on my credit card, but it's not my fault it didn't arrive within 10 days. It left my hands with plenty of time to spare.
