Is this correct or did someone make a mistake?

Your Mac likely has 2 graphics cards, the integrated one (Intel) and dedicated one (AMD), to check both go to:

Check in About this Mac -> System Report -> Graphics/Displays

no, I believe About This Mac shows the currently active graphics. You can check out the graphics section in System Report under About This Mac.
