Was the blood oxygen sensor removed from Apple Watch 10?

Does anyone know whether the blood oxygen sensor has been removed from Apple Watch 10? It almost feels like a downgrade then. I guess the patent dispute was not settled?

it seems no as in another thread folks pointed out it is still a feature in non-US models
