Just curious I only got pre-authorization bill. I am assuming when the phone ships the CC will be billed fully?

All CC transaction have to be prea uthorized first, then a few days later the pre-auth should become a charge. So it's totally normal.

You being charged or not likely has a lot to do with your bank and how fast transactions show up on your account. I am with Wells Fargo and the charge hit my debit card instantly.

Credits cards aren't charged until order ships. As others have stated they pre auth the card and usually falls off after a few days
