Wasted space on new 256gb macbook air

After attempting to migrate with migration assistant, then had to transfer mail, iTunes, docs, iPhoto library etc manually, my system info shows 114gb of "movies". I can't locate them anywhere to delete. Any suggestions?

It's possible that when you deleted them in iTunes, you didn't select to move them to the trash.
They'll still be in your iTunes folder, but not listed in iTunes.

Yes, looked at that and didn't find anything. thought I had moved to trash. Any other thoughts my friends.

Disk Inventory X is the tool I use to find wasted space. If you want to spend money on a paid version check out Daisy Disk. Honestly, they both do the same thing but Daisy Disk has a move stylized UI thats, imho, harder to use than Disk Inventory X.
